The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Jeffrey has been in the smart card industry since 1996. He successfully created a new arena of applying contact-less CPU smart card for the Residential market. Applying smart card electronic-purse for residential facilities such as Clubhouse, internet booking, shuttle bus fare collection, car park and secure access. In Dec 1999, he sold his smart card company to a smart card technology provider, OTI, in Israel.

Keith Lau

Marketing Director

He was the the Co-Founder of China-On-Line Communication Ltd., the first company providing Internet dial-up access in Beijing, the PRC in 1994. He also served as the Global Marketing Manager of the Discrete division, National Semiconductor Inc., Santa Clara for 8 years. 

In 2008, Keith has been awarded as the Hong Kong e-businessman of the year organized by Alibaba and the Hong Kong Trade Consul.

Rod Dilkes,

Sales Director for Australia & New Zealand

Rodney obtained a B.App.Sc. in Electronic Technology (Curtin Uni) in 1984 and initially worked in the IT industry eventually becoming an independent contractor to BP in the UK. In 1990 he decided on a sea change and co-founded a successful ceramics business in country Western Australia. In 2002 he converted a small car to run on battery power which in 2007 became the first electric vehicle in Australia to utilize Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries.

Rod founded EV Power Australia Pty Ltd in 2006, an internet business specializing in sales of Thunder Sky Lithium Phosphate batteries and his proprietary battery management system.

Rod has built two road going electric vehicles and also owns a variety of other electric transport devices. He continues to conduct extensive research and development of new batteries and management systems.

Robin Yeung,

Sales Director for Europe

Robin has been working in Semiconductor business for 20 years after graduated from Electronics Engineering. Working as Marketing in National Semiconductor and Memec Asia provide him various aspect in IC products and the market knowledge in Asia. His last job in Analog Devices as Sales & Distribution also give him a wider connection with different customers, people and network.
 

Peter Lee,

Sales Director for USA

Peter holds an MBA and a BA (Hons) Degree. He has held various management positions including Business Development Manager for a CKI Joint Venture and Services Director for a large Multi-national IT company. In 2002, Peter helped established one of first company in the world to introduce Internet portal for selling contactless smartcards.
